Changelog

Version1.1.4

  • New — Weekly Rhythm (Premium): once a week Bami lays out meals, gentle movement and rest for all seven days, from your cycle phase, what you logged last week and your own daily routine. Each week gets a name and a few lines on why it is put together that way. Swipe through the days, tick what you did — next week follows what you actually kept up
  • New — Every main meal comes with a full recipe: ingredients with amounts and step-by-step instructions, written around what you avoid and the cooking time you set. Bami writes it only when you open it, and keeps it for next time
  • New — Set your own meal times, morning and afternoon snacks included, and the plan uses them. Movement and rest say when in the day, too
  • New — Bami asks where you are, so it only suggests food you can actually buy nearby and hours that match life there. It is a region you choose, not location tracking; change it any time in Settings or right in the Weekly Rhythm setup
  • New — Tell Bami once about allergies and foods you avoid, and it plans around them — including fish sauce and shrimp paste when you avoid seafood. Dishes that may contain something you avoid are flagged; always check ingredients if you have an allergy
  • New — During pregnancy and while breastfeeding, plans and recipes are written with food safety in mind: cooked through, no high-mercury fish or alcohol, low-caffeine drinks. If something you logged in the last 7 days (blood pressure, glucose, or bleeding in pregnancy) should be seen by a doctor, Bami pauses new plans and suggests you talk to your doctor first
  • New — Before your first plan, Bami shows you what will be sent to Google Gemini to write it; nothing is sent until you agree
  • Companion bonding progress is now visible to everyone, Premium or not, and Bami tells you when one is nearly ready (unlocking still needs Premium)
  • Missed logging for a few months? When you log a period again, Bami asks whether any went unlogged. Remember the dates and Bami fills them in; if not, that cycle is marked and left out of predictions — your calendar and statistics stay as they are
  • Home tells you when a period is well past your usual cycle, with a way to log it or leave it for later
  • Settings now shows how many of your logged cycles the prediction is based on
  • Bami's daily note follows the mode you are in more closely, especially after birth
  • The AI note for your partner now uses only what you have chosen to share — no AI memory, no names
  • New users are asked about notifications right after setup, and the setup screens now scroll on smaller phones or with larger text
  • If notifications are turned off, Bami now points you to Settings instead of getting stuck, and adding a pill or vitamin reminder no longer shows an error
  • Our Terms and Privacy Policy have been updated for the new features — the first time you open Bami after updating, you'll be asked to read and agree again

Version1.1.3

  • New — Encrypted backup & restore: export a file and keep it wherever you like; on iPhone it can also back up to iCloud automatically. Only your own recovery key opens it, and Bami's servers never hold your health data
  • New — Postpartum mode: a space of your own after birth — recovery notes for each stage, signs worth watching, checkup milestones, and a way back to cycle tracking when your period returns. It tracks mom only, never the baby
  • New — After birth, Bami writes you a weekly "Recovery week" recap: lochia, sleep, symptoms, and the signs worth seeing a doctor about
  • New — Ovulation (LH) tests you log now feed the ovulation prediction
  • New — Send feedback or report a bug right from Settings
  • Turned pregnancy mode on just to look? There's now a way back to cycle tracking with your data intact
  • After you log, the screen takes you to Bami's note; tap "Ask Bami about this" and chat opens with suggested questions ready
  • Bami's reports now live together on the Statistics tab — weekly, cycle and pregnancy milestones in one place; Home tells you when a new one is waiting
  • Dark mode is easier on the eyes — clearer text and cards on dark backgrounds
  • The guide now walks each screen top to bottom, and waits until there's something to show
  • Before a restore, Bami shows you what's on this device so nothing gets overwritten by mistake

Version1.1.2

  • New — Talk to Your Baby (pregnancy, from week 16): daily talking ideas for mom and dad, a read-aloud story, and themed question prompts (all themes unlock with Premium)
  • New — Doctor Visit mode: a large-type view to show your doctor right at the clinic, with a day-by-day BBT chart
  • New — Step-by-step guide on every tab; replay anytime from Settings
  • New — Gentle end-of-pregnancy: log your baby's arrival date and return to cycle tracking smoothly, with no more stale data
  • Smarter reminders that no longer repeat what you've already logged
  • Chat memory (Premium) now remembers more reliably
  • Terms & privacy shown clearly on first launch
